Rebels Unveil New Kit for 2019

The James Connolly Albany Rebels unveiled a new kit earlier today. The O’Neills uniforms are all black with yellow trim and feature the Ancient Order of Hibernians logo on the chest of the jersey. The goalkeeper jersey is yellow with black trim.

The AOH is the new lead sponsor of the club.

“The AOH have been supporters of our club since our inception,” said Rebels chairman Cillian Flavin. “Their support goes beyond financial sponsorship as their members support our events and attend our games. Our relationship with them is one that continues to grow and one we are proud of.”

The jerseys also feature club sponsors Capital District Celtic Cultural Association with its logo on the sleeves and the Tipperary Irish Importer logo on the back of the jersey.

All of the Rebels sponsors give generously to the club to assist with its operating costs and promotion of Irish culture in the Capital Region.

The Rebels began the 2019 season with a win against the Hartford Gaels on Sunday.
